Jake Piering
Jake leads the vision, direction, and daily work of Common Ground HB. He helps build the partnerships, resources, and spaces needed so Oak View students have a consistent place to belong, grow, and experience the love of Jesus.

Zach Hall
Zach leads the day-to-day programs with students. He helps create safe, meaningful spaces through clubs, Bible studies, activities, and mentorship where students can build trust, grow in faith, and take their next step.

Nora builds relationships with students and families in Oak View. She helps parents feel connected, students feel known, and the wider community experience Common Ground as a place of trust, care, and belonging.
VOLUNTEER LEADERSCommon Ground HB also depends on a faithful team of volunteers who serve through programs, meals, mentoring, camps, events, and behind-the-scenes support.
Together, they help keep the door open for students who need a steady place to land.
