A place students can come back to

For years, Common Ground had a warehouse where Oak View students could gather, eat, play, study, and hear about Jesus.

When we lost that space, the work kept going.
But the need for a home never went away.

The Common Ground House is that home. A steady place after school where students can be safe, known, loved, and supported.

The house we prayed for.

In 2020, students prayed over this property.

Then the door closed.

Four years later, the same house came back on the market for the same price. This time, God opened the door.

This video tells the story of that journey, why this house matters, and what it means for students and families in Oak View.

Help make this house ready.

This house gives students what many have needed for a long time.

  • A place to do homework.

  • A place to share meals.

  • A place to meet mentors.

  • A place for Bible study.

  • A place for parents to connect.

  • A place to be a student again.

Your support helps finish the space and keep the door open for students who need somewhere steady to land.
