Real stories from the students, families, and leaders of Oak View.
Common Ground began with eight students and a surf camp. Today, students gather throughout the week for meals, mentorship, Bible studies, clubs, camps, and a place to belong.
But the clearest picture of impact is not found in numbers alone. It is found in the stories of students who feel known, families who feel supported, volunteers who keep showing up, and young people discovering the love of Jesus in real life.
See what steady presence can change.
BE PART OF THE IMPACT
The next story starts with someone showing up.
Every student story begins with a place, a person, and a moment of trust.
A meal shared.
A ride given.
A Bible opened.
A mentor who remembered a name.
A door that stayed open after school.
Your support helps Common Ground keep showing up for Oak View students with safety, belonging, trusted relationships, and the love of Jesus.
